Hello Potential Commercial Exhibitor:

We are happy to invite you to apply for a commercial exhibitor spot at the 2013 Brown County Fair. The dates for the 2013 fair are August 14-18, in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Please read the enclosed Brown County Fair Commercial Space Reservation Contract, Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Form and Commercial Exhibitor Rules and Regulations carefully. There have been some changes from last year. All forms need to be filled out completely and returned by June 30, 2013.

If you are interested in participating in the Brown County Fair this year, the following items must be received by June 30, 2013:

$150 Space Rental Fee
$150 Security Deposit
$ 40 Electrical Fee
$ 90 Overnight Stay Fee (if needed-The overnight fee will double to $180 if not received with contract request)
Completed Contract
Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Form
Certificate of Insurance (See Insurance Section in Rules & Regulations)

The Brown County Fair Association will review all space requests and will notify everyone whether they have been accepted, or not accepted. Those who are not accepted will have their deposits returned to them. These notices will be sent by regular mail.
